THE ULTIMATE LUXE KITCHEN

This kitchen remodel by Revival House's Bre Perrigo and Urban Refurbishment is a true chef’s haven, with its beautiful design and abundance of custom accessories, plus the functionality necessary for a busy family that loves to cook.

The initial goal of this project was to design a kitchen with a luxurious look that also coordinated with the existing remodeled spaces in the home. To maximize the relatively narrow floorplan, kitchen and bath designer Bre Perrigo reconfigured the space, brought the cabinetry to the ceiling, and enlarged the window by the sink to allow for more natural light. The cabinetry itself features three different colors that not only give the space variety but provide balance between the dark and light tones of the design.

The luxurious look and feel comes from the elegant finishes, such as brass hardware and statement lighting fixtures. The eye-catching veining in the Cambria countertop and backsplash bring drama to the design while the touches of gold throughout the space add to the subtle glamour.

Designing for a family with a passion for cooking and entertaining, Bre knew this kitchen needed to be centered around functionality. To make this working kitchen fit for a chef, the design includes a variety of storage including produce drawers, a pantry roll-out, deep drawer organizers, spice roll-out, pantry wall pocket doors, and a blind corner storage unit. The kitchen is packed with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances from Roth Living: wine storage, a steam oven, and a microwave oven drawer. Other accessories include S-Box Mini kitchen pop-up outlets, a pot-filler over the range, and a Neolith-clad range hood. All of these features are expertly placed throughout the new design in a layout that promotes efficient workflow.

The finished space is awe-inspiring and perfect for hosting, family dinners, testing new recipes, and everything in between!
